Okay. I had to write out the scene that was in my head. Even if you don't know Batman (or Young Justice), I think you still enjoy it. (I say that since most are TMNT fans here, but if you are YJ fan I think you would like it too)
Here is my crazy TMNT, Young Justice cross over idea. I blame the fact that there really is a TMNT/Batman cross over comic for this fic. Setting will be Gotham, and I'm sure Wally will make an appearance. For some reason I want Robin to try and keep them from Batman...

Everything was dark. It was bad night Robin was on the losing end of a fight with Joker’s crow bar. The only good thing was today there was no Joker Gas. The Boy Wonder was slowly waking up. He could hear voices.
“Is he alive?” a voice came
“Poke him,” came another voice, followed by a poke to the side.
“He’s so small and cute, can we keep him?” came a third voice.
“Mikey are you an idiot? He could try and kill us!” came an aggressive fourth voice.
Dick tried to gather all the information that was going on. There were four voices. They hadn’t tried killing him, yet.
“But look at him Raph, he has on a cute little outfit and a mask. Look he even has a cape! Can we get cape?” Mikey asked.
“Shut up Mikey!” came the other three voices.
“We don’t know where we are,” the second voice spoke again.
“He’s hurt,” came the first voice bending over the costumed vigilante.
“Can you treat him Don? I don’t want to leave him like this.”
“I can try Leo,” Don replied.
“He could try and kill us! I’d say we leave him,” the aggressive voice came.
“He’s just a kid, Raph we can’t just leave him here.”
Dick up dated the information. He now knew their names. None of them sounded familiar. They wanted to help him, but they didn’t trust him. The human boy slowly opened his eyes to see three turtles standing over him and a fourth with his back the others. Robin blinked a few times. He was hallucinating, mutant turtles? Dicked reached his hand up to touch his head.
“He’s awake,” Leo said. Robin tried to focus his eyes on the speaker. He was kelly green turtle with blue eyes, which matched his blue mask.
Robin tried to scurry away.
“It’s okay buddy,” said an olive green turtle with brown eyes and a purple mask. “We’re going to help you.”
“Yeah! We’re nice turtles!” came the chipper voice of the one who wanted to keep him. The one called Mikey. He was lime green and wore and orange mask. That would make the on with his back turned Raph.
Robin rubbed his head again. This was all a crazy dream. It had to be. Talking turtles? Not even in the circus was that possible. He began to question to wonder if this was an effect from a new gas from the Joker. He felt himself being brought up into a sitting position.
“We can help, if you can help us,” Leo said looking the raven haired boy in the eyes.

I do picture them being the same age about 15. (You can really consider it more of Batman/TMNT, but they way I picture Robin/Dick is more from Young Justice)
